Occupancy Inspections are a fee of $100 payable by check to our administration offices or via credit card. A link for credit card payment will be sent after submitting this form to the email address provided below. There is a 2.9% convenience fee for all credit card payments.
Occupancy permits are not valid if any interior and/or exterior work requiring permits is performed without obtaining proper permits from the West County EMS and Fire Protection District.
