CPR Classes
The West County EMS & Fire Protection District offers a variety of levels of American Safety & Health Institute (ASHI) CPR, AED and First Aid.ย
Fire Extinguisher Classes
The District encourages all businesses and homeowners to keep a fire extinguisher available, especially in kitchen and garage areas, and offer training to those who may need to use the extinguisher.
Stop the Bleed
The purpose of the STOP THE BLEED campaign is to build national resilience by better preparing the public to save lives by raising awareness of basic actions to stop life threatening bleeding.
R.E.A.D.Y Program
The purpose of the R.E.A.D.Y program is to create an awareness system for West County EMS & Fire Firefighter/Paramedics.
Distracted Driving Program
We perform mock vehicle crashes teaching the dangers and consequences of unsafe driving behaviors. This program is available at facilities located within West County EMS & Fire District and performed in conjunction with The Safety House. This program requires at least 100ย participants, including 7 actors. if you are interested in hosting or attending please call us at 636-256-2009 or email pr@westcounty-fire.org
Smoke Detectors
The District will install your smoke detector at no cost for its residents, as well as residents of the contract areas served by the District.

As long as the schedule allows, we love to come visit on site! School Visits, Birthday Parties, Block Parties, Corporate Events, Charity Walks, Health Fairs, the list is endless!
Visit Us!
We offer station tours for groups of all ages. The tour consists of a look at where the firefighters live and work, along with the apparatus used to respond to an emergency. We also offer tours of The Safety House. Find more information about The Safety Houseย here.
